Terms of Engagement

At Always Assisting U!, every client relationship is built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect. These Terms of Engagement outline the general expectations that govern our professional services and help create successful partnerships from the very beginning. 

  1. Engagement

Services begin once a signed agreement has been received and any required deposits or initial payments have been made. Each engagement is customized to the client’s unique goals and scope of work.

  1. Scope of Services

Services are provided according to the signed agreement. Requests outside the original scope may require additional time, revised timelines, or a separate proposal.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined within each client agreement.

Invoices are due according to the agreed-upon payment terms. Always Assisting U! reserves the right to pause work until outstanding balances have been resolved.

  1. Communication

Successful partnerships require timely communication from both parties.

Meetings, project updates, and deliverables will be coordinated through mutually agreed-upon communication methods, including email, phone, virtual meetings, or project management platforms.

  1. Confidentiality

All confidential business, operational, financial, and organizational information shared during an engagement will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing by the client.

This obligation survives the completion of every engagement.

  1. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, client-specific deliverables become the property of the client unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Always Assisting U! retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, frameworks, systems, and processes.

  1. Independent Contractor

Always Assisting U! operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or joint venture of the client. 

  1. Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement according to the terms outlined in the signed agreement.

Any completed work, approved expenses, or outstanding balances remain payable through the effective termination date.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Always Assisting U! is committed to providing high-quality strategic guidance, operational support, and leadership services. However, no specific business outcome can be guaranteed.

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the applicable engagement.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Engagement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

  1. Updates

These Terms of Engagement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business practices or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on this website.
